Bob's Steak & Chop House   

Don't waste your TIME or your MONEY going to this establishment! There are much better places in Dallas to have a great steak. We had to wait almost a month for a reservation for our 30th anniversary and our meal was so terrible that it totally spoiled our wonderful occasion. Our steaks were not cooked to our order. They tasted terrible and were tough. That carrot on our plate was so huge and it tasted funny.... We were raised to know that very LARGE vegetables like that grown in the garden take on a rancid taste. Well those carrots sure were rancid! The service was so "stuffy" and they were just plain RUDE even though we NEVER complained about our horrible experience to them and paid for our meal in full and left a decent tip. We will NEVER go there again and don't recommend anyone else go either! This place is supposed to be one of the top 10 in the country. NO WAY!!!!! It is HORRIBLE! Give me a great steak from what we consider to be the number 1 steak house in the Country!!! "TASTE of TEXAS" (for the best steak EVER!!!) down in Houston...
