Bob's Steak & Chop House   

I'm a native Texan. I grew up with steak as the standard Sunday dinner. I enjoy everything about the experience of savoring a dinner of grilled beef. I have also had the "privilege" of traveling on business for 20'ish years. I've experienced steakhouses from coast-to-coast; New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, Denver, Minneapolis, Miami, Orlando, New Orleans, Houston, Albuquerque, Phoenix, Dallas...you get the drift. Bob's is the one place that knows how to do it consistently perfect every single visit. I've actually dined at most of the Dallas steakhouses and 1) keep going back to Bob's and 2) feel that I should send an aploogy when I stray to another establishment - it's that good.

After hearing about Bob's for years My wife and I tried their Plano location. Very disappointed, twice. Did go back a third time, only because it was the person I was meetings choice, and was plesantly surprised. Food & service much better than the two previous visits. May try again but why tempt fate when there is III Forks just down the toll way.
