top noche service, good food
By bruintarheel on 06/27/2005
5 stars on service, 4 stars on food. I proposed to my future wife there. The GM was extreemly helpful and the entire evening was done with elegence and class. Food was good, however prices are more reflective of the view than the meal. Would recommend for rare special occurances.

REALLY BAD
By astoop on 05/17/2005
went Oct. 04. i have had wonderful service at the bar but only ate in the restaurant once -- i don't need to go back. the view is nice but the service is awful, awful, awful. had dinner with my b-f (and we are both younger) our waiter was rude and rarely stopped by. the food was what i would expect in this price range, but the desserts were not worth their calories. the worst part was when the bill came--191 with 4-5 glasses of wine. we paid in cash 250 and waited for our change---for 30 MINUTES! i got my box of godiva's but no change. when i finally called mgmt they spoke with the maitre d who claims it was a misunderstanding (sure) and offered to send a gift certificate out. that was in Nov.-04 and now its may-05. never got it. just go for drinks at the bar the lady with the curly brown hair is an excellent waitress!

Yellow Lotus Esprit Review

The food was great, the service a little slow, the view great, but $ 225.00 for a dinner for 2 a little bit steep considering size of portions and communication difficulties with the wait staff. Five star prices with four star service. Save your money for somewhere else.
