Rate and Write a Review Every time you drive by Primo's in Uptown, you can count on seeing socially savvy hipsters packed in on the patio like sardines. The "in the know" crowd from all over Dallas flocks to this Mexican cantina to see and be seen by some of the prettiest folks the city has to offer. Small tables usually have at least three or four people crowded around them chomping on Tex-Mex favorites like enchiladas, quesadillas and a variety of tacos. A long bar inside offers a hodgepodge of both domestic and Mexican beers as well as margaritas. Fans overhead swoosh in an effort to keep the well-dressed clientele from getting too warm amidst the sea of bodies The real draw, however, remains the top-notch people-watching patio as beer-swilling singles scout out a suitable companion for an evening of barhopping and good times.

Even though there is what seems like constant contruction around this place, Primo's draws a steady crowd of the beautiful people. I don't think they eat here, or they wouldn't stay so thin, but I'd like to think that something keeps them coming back for more.
Decent margarita's and above average enchiladas round out this solid neighborhood grill. While the queso was a little washed out for Gucciloafer's tastes, the service and spincah enchiladas more than made up for it.
Parking will be difficult unless you go late night or walk. Definately recommended.
