Sushi Yama Japanese Restaurant   

Out of all the Japanese restaurants that I've been to in the D/FW metroplex, this is by far my favorite and the only one I return to. It's owned and operated by Japanese folks. The food and the size of the restaurant are what you would find in Japan. Great atmosphere, even better prices, and wonderful food. They also participate in Japanese American and Japan society events, so be on the look out.

Excellent food and service, cnt ask for a more relaxed atmosphere, and the food is even better, a sushi lovers must.
