Hard Dock is an awful place that could not compete if it had ANY decent competition: 1.) MENU: Good luck finding anything on the menu; the shrimp have been froven for months and taste like rubber, the jambalaya "sauce" they use is ketchup (seriously), the chicken bites are the same quality of chicken nuggets you could buy from Wendy's (at half the price) 2.) PRICE: Hard Dock benefits from the ************* patrons don't feel like going far for food because the play-doh tasting food is double in price ************** be. Again, with no competition they can get away with it, just don't let them rob you 3.) HAPPY HOUR: For all intent and purpose it does not exist 4.) STAFF: I once left my phone there, someone found it and was nice enough to turn it in to the bar (I know this because they called my recent numbers and said they would do that). When I went to the bar the pick-up my phone the staff had no idea what I was talking about-because one of them took it from the lost and found the night before!! The service is also typcially spotty at best, you should expect to wait awhile for any service despite the amount of other people at the bar. Even if you send all day out on the water and this place looks convenient do yourself a favor and find ANY other place to stop in for food or even a quick drink. P.S. The broken big screen TV is a nice white trash touch

When the service gets better, I will return. The entertainment is good. The food is great but the service stinks.

I love this place in the Spring and Fall when you can enjoy sitting on the deck. In the Summer it's hot, humid and way too crowded. I'm sure there are more people in there than the law allows, you can't MOVE. The service is terrible, it's impossible to get a waitress and a fight to get to the bar to get it yourself. The food is bad, too. It all taste like frozen-buy it in bulk from Sam's club stuff. There is definitely room for improvement!
