Brewery Bar II   

I used to frequent the BBII on Kalamath about once a month in the early 80's as Ros seated and served (and made me behave) and Abe sat at the bar and did his thing. Every now and again I get a hankering for mexican food and I dream of the BBII and immediately begin to salivate. If I ever get back out to DenVur, the BBII is the first place I am going. It may be the only reason I ever go back! Thanks for the memories.

The chips and salza aren't very good/ ALSO their soda machine pumps out a old watered down soda.

By far the best green chili. Lots of big pieces of PORK and green chilie. Never thickened with corn starch. I love the guacomole smothered tostado with the HOT green chilie.

Im not sure why people rave about this place? The food was greasy and had zero flavor. I had the chile relleno and a beef and chicken taco with mild green chili sauce. The only thing that had flavor were the beans. The house margarita was ok tasting but kind of expensive. I will not be going back. The service sucked as well! margarita was very expen
