This stylized hot spot along the burgeoning East Colfax strip is quickly becoming a popular destination for in-the-know foodies who flock from near and far to nosh on chef Rebecca Weitzman's globally-inspired fare. Dine in retro-kitschy quarters flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick, distressed hardwoods, pale-wooded tables, red booths, and a kaleidoscopic stained glass panel that separates the buzzing low-lit bar from the more sedate dining room. Weitzman's innovative menu, which reads like a mini world travelogue, touts a bevy of salads, pizzettas, pastas, small plates made for sharing, and large plates like the lobster pot pie, baked grouper with celery root puree, and goat cheese-stuffed lamb loin.
