Your chances of spotting football legend John Elway aren't as remote as you might think at this cavernous Colorado steak house owned, in part, by the famous Super Bowl winning quarterback. Still, even if you don't get an Elway sighting, there's a small shrine to the man on a back wall in the bar, with much of the memorabilia donated by Elway's mother. There's far more to this carnivore's paradise, however, than the star himself, including a winning roster of Prime-grade steaks, seafood dishes, and sublime desserts like the retro chocolate Ding Dong. The expansive dining room proffers snug booths, dark-wooded tables, starched white linens, and dim lighting, and the entrance way beckons with a murmuring waterfall. An impressively long and fairly-priced wine list flaunts over 60 pours by the glass, and you can sip and sup in the bar alongside the baby grand piano, where live musicians tickle the ivories nightly.
