A great selection of draft beers served at rock- bottom prices keep this unpretentious and down-to- earth bar jumping. It's also a blues joint, and the drinks become even cheaper during happy hour (3-7PM). Off-duty workers and neighborhood revelers stop by to take in live blues, which are on tap seven nights a week. The joint is billed as "Colorado's oldest home of the blues," and that's entirely believable. It touts local and national acts, the likes of which have included Little Mary and the Tomcats, Blinddog Smokin', The Clam Daddys, Johnny Vaughn and the Brian Hornbuckle Band. Each Sunday afternoon, the house hosts an open-mike session for amateurs who want to belt out their own blues. Sports fans flock here as well, usually dressed in Bronco orange. The hungry, beware: there is no food served here.
