Every single bite I took while sitting in the Borolo Grill was wonderful. The dinning experience was delightful. We enjoyed every choice on the menu. Including our wonderful wines as pairing with our meal. We couldn't have been happier with such Itallian International cuisine.Our hats off to the wonderful Chef Brian Laird. thank you.

If you are looking for pizza and pasta please DON'T go to the Barolo Grill. If you want a 5 pound salad six people can't finish please DON'T go to the Barolo Grill. If you want great food, the best Italian wine list in Denver, and great service you should GO to the Barolo Grill.

I had my first dining experience at Barolo a little over a year ago and was very impressed. The food was wonderfull and the staff very friendly and well versed in the food and wine selection. For those of you who think Italian food is nothing but pasta in marinara sauce I urge you to open your mind and try this Northern Italian cuisine.
