Hard to believe, but there is more to French baking than eclairs and crme puffs. This petite boulangerie prepares breads and pastries for local Denverites and restaurant owners alike. Run by Master Chef Pascal Trompeau, the bakery has close ties to Caf Bohemia and the Wash Park area restaurant Intrigue. Its baguettes can be found housing sandwiches at restaurants of all types around the Denver area, and the Saturday morning brioche is a quick favorite (you have to stop by the shop to pick one up).
