PPH Lounge   

I love the PPH. It is a neighborHOOD bar, however, the crowd is very down to earth. The admission is reasonable on Thursdays, 5 bucks before 10pm and 10 bucks afterwards. The drinks are CHEAP on Thursdays: dollar beers, three dollar everything else. The DJ is crazy and he plays good hip hop and r&b. Play pool or chess. The people actually DANCE, instead of standing on the wall all night. Security is tight. The owner actually mingles. Better get there early if you want to sit down or beat the crowd. The only downside is a lack of a/c and one bathroom stall.

This is a really nice bar. Especially on thirsty thursday.
