If you're looking for a laid-back pub with good brews, check out Ashley's, which has been serving the U of M crowd and more since 1983. Ashley's offers 65 beers on draught and a selection of beer and ale from around the world, from hoppy British bitters to rich German lagers, classic Bohemian pilsners and arcane fruit beers of Flanders. If beer isn't your thing, Ashley's also serves an extensive list of whiskeys, including 30-year-old Laphroaig from the Isle of Islay.
