Rate and Write a Review Chef Alex Garza serves up traditional grill fare specializing in roast rack of lamb in goat cheese crust with cheddar potatoes and garlic mint jalapeno jam. Plates range from Chilean sea bass and crisp Lake Superior whitefish to New York strip steak and roasted pheasant with duck foie gras. A dessert souffle is featured each night. Located just off the hotel lobby, the Grill is decorated with muted lighting and cozy wood booths. The buffets, which range in price from the mid-$20s to mid-$30s, offers standard breakfast meals with an elegant touch of the unordinary. Children's menus as well as carryout service is available. The Grill's dishes are high- priced -- $40 for a 10-oz. veal rib chop and $28 for a 14-oz. double chicken breast. However, hotel dining is generally overpriced. At the Grill, it is worth the expense.
