Shopko   

I belive from my experience that Shopko is customer friendly and I have been shopping at shopko for years and never had one complaint about them

I have been shopping at the ShopKo store for over 23 years, even buying the things I could get at Target, Kmart, etc. I had three rain checks for two months, no one called--they have a sign posted that said they would call when in. I was told the policy had changed for a few months and they were no longer calling the customers--the courtesy counter was far from helpful, would not give me my rainchecks, told me yes they had the sign and they were wrong but so what. After spending thousands of dollars at that store, I question giving them any further business. They advertise sales and rain checks and promise notifying the customer and don't--it is the same as fraud with intent to deceive consumer
