When your hunger reaches its lunchtime peak, head to the Matterhorn and scale the all-you-can-eat buffet of salads, fresh fruit, homemade soup, vegetables, pasta and two meat entrees. Dinner specialties include trout amandine, a 1-pound pork T-bone for appetites of great heights and Chicken Oscar, which is sauteed chicken breast with Alaska king crabmeat and hollandaise sauce, served on a bed of rice pilaf. Prime rib is served on Fridays and Saturdays. A seafood buffet is served up on Fridays.
