Hi Bar   

I am one of the owners of the Hi Bar and I really appreciate all the kind words here. We really love the Hi Bar and always have-even before we owned it we felt it was the best in town! We've worked very hard to make sure it stays the best. (I must admit the food is incredible!!!) Again, thank you all-the bar has been there since 1942 and we really love continuing that tradition, but we would be nothing without our customers and we really appreciate all of you. The Hi Bar is kind of it's own bar-it belongs to all of us and that's how we like it. Our bar is your bar-thank you all!!!

The food is good, but the "kickass" jukebox doesn't work right.

Best bar in Elmira. plenty of sports on the multiple tv screens,kickass juke box.Very good selections of spirits and beer . The food is reasonable and quite good.The best is the incomperable Lisa,behind the bar.
