This place should be called "The Ho Bar". No further explanation needed! But becareful, its a cop hang out!
Bartender's Wife
The HiBar is a fun place to go --- no matter what your age. Their wings are the best in town and the burgers can't be beat. If you're looking for a fun, friendly place to go -- this is it. Just stay away on Saturday nights if you don't like to party with the "teenie bobbers."

Best bar in Elmira. plenty of sports on the multiple tv screens,kickass juke box.Very good selections of spirits and beer . The food is reasonable and quite good.The best is the incomperable Lisa,behind the bar.
