In ShortBoomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.

Being new here from TX, I haven't found any other steak houses in Elmira to compare Outback with, but I think their steaks are very good and the freshest salads I've ever had! I have never had any complaints about the service.
big price
price is too much and has a small selection on the menu. Never had any problems with the service.
AWFUL!
Service was slow, very noisy atmosphere!
