The only drawback I have about Cafe Central is it gets far to loud and service needs to step up a notch.

In agreement

I have to agree with "Really Overrated." Cafe Central does have some tasty dishes but the problem is the atmosphere. You cannot have a quiet conversation because the noise level is so loud and that's without any live entertainment. You end up yelling at the person across the table from you. If the acoustics were improved upon, dining at Cafe Central would be a pleasurable night out.

Really Overrated
By dallasstarpaper on 03/23/2005
I was shocked to be told by the doorman that this was the best place for fine dining. Since I come from Dallas I truly know what 5 star dining is like. First off when you go to a 5 star restaurant there is a motto between mang and employees and that is that the customer should never ask. Well that didnメt' take part here. We had to keep asking for water since we kept running out, kept asking for bar refills and never once asked how our evening was going since the supposive mang. on duty was to busy flirting with the 20 yr. hostess. If this place is going to call its self fine dining, it needs to act like it because the service is terrible for the price.
