The Landmark, one of Evansville's best restaurants, is appropriately named, for the multi-ehtnic cuisine is prepared and presented with superior care and attention to detail. The restaurant's mastery of herbs and spices shines in everything from the onion-dill rolls to the mixed grill entree, chunks of marinated, grilled beef and chicken arranged on onion slices and pine-nut rice. The atmosphere is serene enough for the meals to be savored correctly. There are more traditional meat and seafood dishes, in addition to authentic Middle Eastern favorites. And when the dessert tray rolls by, keep your eyes on the baklava.
