Know the hours for Maxine's -- 9am to 5:30pm weekdays, 9am to 4pm Saturdays -- otherwise you'll show up some evening or on Sunday looking for a roasted-vegetable salad or club sandwich and be extremely disappointed, not to mention hungry.
