Although you would think you'd find mostly college students savoring the exotic flavors of the tabbouleh salad or shawarma as they make their way to the library to pull yet another all-nighter, local working people make up the majority of the clientele. Freshness is guaranteed, since everything is made to order, and the prices are quite reasonable, especially considering that each entree includes helpings of rice, salad, hummus and pita bread.
