i took my wife and four small children there for my wifes birthday and it took them an hour to figure out that never placed our dinner order
No Chain Mexican
Why go to a franchise mediocre Mexican restaurant when you can have the real deal at so many excellant locally owned Mexican restaurants like El Portero.
DIDN'T WANT MY SERVICE
CALLED IN A TO-GO ORDER AND WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WERE NOT TAKING TO-GO ORDERS. AT FIRST THEY TOOK MY ORDER THEN SAID NO. EITHER YOU DO OR YOU DON'T. I WILL THINK THREE TIMES BEFORE EATING THERE AGAIN.
it's just mex food but service
anyone can cook this kind of mex food-not authentic, popular w/ customers,somewhat satisfying. it's the service that stands apart. we felt like we had our very own personal waiter- ask for jason, he really did make a difference.
