Don Pablo's Mexican Kitchen   

This is a chain for goodness sakes, not authentic Mexican food. If you want great Mexican food go to a small family run place. There are a ton of great places to eat in Mexican Town in Detroit. Try Aramda's on Livernois it is great. If you dont want to make the long drive, check out any number of small places in Flint. Any one of them beat this fake and bland stuff. If you happen to make it to Mexican Town in D-town, go to Gloria's bakery and try the carmel empanada's they are the best.

Get REAL Mexican Cuisine at Alejandro's on Elms Rd. off of Corunna Ave. Simply the best! I would never settle for Don Pablos again! Alejandro's had homemade food cooked by the same people week after week. No change of staff as it is family owned and run. Service is great, the place in immaculate and the food is cravable! Do not miss the chips and salsa ( fresh hot chips made right before they serve them).

Don Pablo's has always had great food. The problem has been getting it to your table. it used to take TOOOOOO long. There is a new manager in the Flint Store and it's making a difference. We were there Sunday and couldn't believe the the difference. This place gets 5 stars from me as long as they keep up the good service.

It was bad a few years ago, but it's better today. Not perfect, but the food is good at a decent price.
