Like Taliano's, Bella Italia acquires much of its charm from its quaint 19th-century surroundings. A restored Victorian residence is the backdrop to sumptuous dishes, starting with garlicky bruschetta. The final entree is usually preceded by pizza and salad. All dishes have a unique flavor, probably owing to the owners' culinary training in North Africa. A full bar and wine list helps complement a meal at this popular fine- dining establishment. Reservations are recommended.
