La Huerta   

Although this doesnt hold my title of number 1, that would be Maria's Mexican Restaurant, I do enjoy LaHuerta. The service is always speedy and right. The salsa could be a little more hot, and the rice could have some flavor. All in all the service and speed make the meal right for the money.

Its a shame they spend so much time remodeling the building when they should have spent more time on their receipes. My one visit will be my last. It was not even close to enjoyable food. We had out of town visitors, they agreed the atmosphere downtown was great, the food at La Huerta was not!

I have always enjoyed La Huerta, and believe they have a very attentive and courteous staff, as well as delicious food. The meal is always hot and fresh, and the portions are generous. Give them a try.

I have been a customer of La Huerta's every since it has opened. I've tried every mexican restaurant that there is to try in fort smith and this is one of my favorites. They could use more staff cause they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off during peak hours, but the food is excellent. I would recommend to any that likes fast as well as excellent food!!
