Dirty, unfriendly staff..
The place is dirty. The staff too busy to be friendly, and the food is just thrown together. Try one of the other La Huerta's in the area or El Lorito in Ft. Smith. It's worth the drive to Van Buren to dine at La Fiesta!

We will never eat there again. We have eaten there before and found this same problem. Your bill is padded & not what is marked on the menu. When it was brought to their attention at the register, they tried to embarrass us. So if you must eat there, watch your check!
Huertas
this is not a clean restaurant. Our table was dirty, the floor was dirty. the waiter didn't understand us. It was very frustating. I won't go back there.
La Huerta
La Huerta is another one of our favorite Mexican Restaurants in Fort Smith. The service is fast and friendly and the food is excellent. My personal favorite is Jose's Special, not on the menu, but excellent.
