Chris Teeple Muscle Specialist   

I frequently recommend Chris to my friends. Besides being a massage therapist, Chris does muscle therapy. Each session we have begins with stretching and ends with massage. I was in "bite my lip" pain before seeing Chris. It involved my arms and shoulders. I continue to see Chris on occasion to stay pain free. There also was an time when I pulled a muscle in my back. After checking with my doctor to assure it was a muscle problem I got in to see Chris. She helped me stretch and gave me a sheet of instructions to take home. This was an acute injury and really only took the one visit with Chris.
