Outback Steakhouse   

The first thing that comes to mind about Outback is "best salad in Fresno"--hands down. A tad pricey, this place is much more accessible with the proliferation of eateries in town and soaring gas prices. No more 45 minute waits to be served. Their entrees are consistently good and they have given the consumer a break by now offering those great salads as one of the two "sides" with most entrees. Their seafood is far better than one might think, and very fresh. Definitely one of the better places in town to eat.

had a good meal every time, including the great curb side take out.... if we've every been unhappy, they 've gladly made it right!

When you order a steak at a good steakhouse, you expect the best tasting beef that will stand on its own without having to put anything on it. At Outback, you hardly taste the meat ... you taste the spices. The steak is never done right and they're tougher than tough. Not worth the money. I prefer Logan's Road House Steak anytime, not to mention Flemming's although the latter is quite pricey.

The steak was good but no nearly the best in the city. Good for family dining and entertaining.
