Romano's Macaroni Grill   

This place is so loud when it's full of customers that you can't think, much less carry on a conversation with your dinner companions. The high ceilings and tile floors create an echo chamber. Everybody at our table smiled when the waiter uttered the required but silly explanation for the olive oil and cracked pepper: "this is Italian butter." Well, no, it isn't, but we are smart enough to know that dipping one's bread in olive oil has been a common and delightful practice for many years. Ridiculous that they feel they must explain it all to us. I had to ask for the balsamic vinegar. Some of the appetizers are not bad, but overall, this is yet another boring chain restaurant; each one of them is like all the others. We vowed never to return.

Food is great, service is usually great, one or two servers aren't good but the rest shine. We eat here at least once a week and 9 times out of 10 it is perfect.

This is an excellent Family Style Restaurant. Ideal for bringing the whole clan because of their large open flooring. Food is delicious and atmosphere is very nice!!!

I know it is a chain restaurant, but it seriously is the best italian in town. It is consistent and cheap.
