formerly THE 'original'
By nusratkhan on 04/03/2002
I've been going to Pantuso's for about 20 years now, and it seems there was a change when it/they moved. Previously, the quality practically never (well, maybe ONCE (or twice)) disappointed us. Used to be in an "out of the way"quiet location and you usually could walk right in without waiting -- but you could wait in the dark and quiet tavern area. At the new, busy, pretentious location, something has been lost in translation. I was hoping the mizithra spaghetti topping was as addictive as that at Spaghetti Factory restaurants -- but no. It's above average, and I'll go back and hope it's gotten better.

Pantuso's...worth the drive
By relyance on 04/09/2002
After eating one too many hamburgers on vacation last summer we stopped in Grand Junction and found Pantuso's. My daughter, grandson and I were treated like royalty even tho we looked like we had slept in our clothes. The dinner we had was excellent and very reasonably priced. For the mentioned reasons, Pantuso's is on our list of places to visit this next summer and we are looking forward to dining there again!

Too expensive
By ncherme on 02/29/2004
Look the Restaraunt is really nice but, the food is terrible for the price you pay. If we were in a more sophisticated city they would definately have to find a real Chef and get some real Italian recipes not these GrandJunction dinners.
