Titletown Brewing   

Although, I should know better I still go to the Titletown brewing Co. More for their fine brew of ales than their food. It would be nice if their cook staff , I wouldn't want to call them chiefs as it would be an insult a profession that I respect and have formal training in.(FCI NYC, & Scottsdale Culinary Institute,) If they would pay attention to their comment cards once in awhile they would be ahead of the game. I have never been in the establishment when they were so busy that the food couldn't have been prepared correctly ,or have the waitstaff serve the client properly. I have even discussed this with the on duty manager but was more or less poo-poo'd , that it was a fluke, once yes, twice maybe, three times never. As a matter of fact my wife refuses to go there no matter what the event. Comment cards are there for a reason and that is to learn what the customer is thinking or trying to convey to the ownership. Good, Bad or Indifferent. Great Brew, low grade food. Could be a star in a small market but is missing the mark in a huge way. It really wouldn't take much to make this almost zero a hero.

I have never had bad food here and I am very fussy. They will make anything the way I want. My only complaint is that they give you too much.
