The food is inspired by Favre's Mississippian background, so his restaurant may provide the easiest way to have Cajun goodies like crawfish, catfish, and red beans and rice soup without leaving the Badger State. When the breaded and baked wedge of Wisconsin kasseri cheese is flamed tableside with brandy, it's a better show than anything at halftime.
