A friend tried to get me to go 2 years ago. I didn't think I had what it took, so for 2 years I kept tring on my own. What a mistake! I have been going for 6 months now dropped the LBS and working to get toned up. Trainers are awsome. I mostly work with Matt(GREAT), but have used them all. They ALL want to see you meet your goals and exceed them. I feel that I have a team to help me stay healthy
