The Bilotti family has been serving the Green Bay area with fresh brick-oven pizzas since 1956. Toppings include zucchini slices, cream sauce, hamburger, sauerkraut and jalapeno peppers, in addition to the usual pepperoni and such. The Bilottis fry only with a corn/canola oil blend, so the food isn't as hard on your health as you'd expect. They also serve country-style chicken and lake perch (this is Wisconsin, after all), but when in Rome (or any other location in Italy) ... go with the pasta primavera, calzones or Italian bomber sandwiches. Wine, beer and cocktails are served, as are Italian desserts such as spumoni, cheesecake and tiramisu.

Best Italian restaurant in town
I adore their thin crust pizza. You can tell it is fresh and made the Italian style. It is very light and tasty. Love their Italian dishes, especially the Stuffed Shells, great atmosphere, service and bar selection.
Bilotti's Pizza
I was disappointed in the food. I have had a lot of pizza in my life and with all the hype about this place. My personal opinion, I won't go back. Green Bay Pizza Company blows this pizza place out of the water.
Just like Sonny's Fish Creek
Bilottis is excellent and reminds me of my favorite place at home in Door County Sonny's Pizzeria Bar & Grill in Fish Creek. Congrats!

Bilotti's Garden Special is the best....Have been going there for years and will continue to do so.... We order Pizza when we go and play cards in De Pere and really look forward to this "Special Treat"
