It's loud, bold and over-the-top, just like a good club should be. This dance club thumps out HI-NRG and trance music onto several dance floors; the main stage is occupied by drag queens competing for prizes and awards, and the outdoor bar boasts a beach volleyball court that looks like it could have been magically transported from Fort Lauderdale. Check out their jam-packed calendar for special events -- Blackheart's Ball and NC Leather Weekend among other things. There's a different stage show every week, featuring the Triad's hottest drag queens and muscle men. If you show up Sunday before 10PM, you'll get to see 'Queer as Folk' projected on the overhead video screen. Membership fee for the year is $12. -- Lena Katz

The best bar in the South
I went on both Friday and Saturday Nights. Each night was different but FUN. Friday seemed to be their biggest night with a younger crowed and newer music. Saturday had an older crowed and older music. The employees were NICE and ATTRACTIVE. The only club I kow in the South that is smoke Free inside. The patio, where you are a loud to smoke, is HUGE with a volleyball court.
Cons: Long line to get in. I had to fill out a membership card.

I'm new to Greensboro as of a week and a half ago from Atl and I been tryin to find someplace to hang, I'll give Warehouse 29 a shot !!!
