Berts Seafood Grille   

Bert's Seafood Grille is still the best seafood in town by far with a standard set menu and daily menu specials featuring fresh fish and shellfish. The preparations are exciting and unique with great use of fresh spices and herbs they grow themselves. The staff is well versed and efficient. They are also a Wine Spectator Award Winner as well. Overall a fantastic place to eat. I guess the person who wrote in Jan. 2005 they they would be gone within a year is now eating crow instead of fresh seafood. It's Feb. 2007 and the place is always packed. Reservations are not necessary but a good idea on the weekends. A place that stays busy all the time does so because they serve GREAT food. Bert's is one of those places.

The owner doesn't care about service, Use to be a great place but since the move it's not the same. Food second rate, cold, poor service. If it open next year I'll be surprised.

Absolutely the best seafood in the Greater Greensboro area. It is ridiculous to have Libby Hill, Fishbones and others compared to Berts.

It amazes me how I can go to Bert's after visiting the Beach and find better and fresher seafood than the shore. A large variety of different types of seafood fixed a variety of ways, steamed shrimp, oysters and clams. Good wine selection
