At the foot of the Bay Bridge Tunnel, Alexander's on the Bay entices diners with a view of the Chesapeake Bay from every table. The restaurant's rustic, rough-hewn exterior masks the quiet elegance inside. Soft colors and fresh flowers on crisp, white tablecloths contribute to the warm feeling. Seafood dominates the menu here, though there are beef and veal choices. Alexander's offers traditional dishes, such as Veal Oscar and seafood platters, along with nightly specials. There's an elegant Chateaubriand for two and several classic veal dishes. With valet parking, good food and a stunning view of the bay, Alexander's offers a special dining experience.

The view is the Best,the service is What you would expect at Wal mart the food well the night we went the chef Must of been off or the timer on the microwave was broken

i was certainly a regular visitor , the view was fantastic,the service has gone from 5star to -one. the servers give the immpression order and get out,rude,slow ,with "i dont care attitude" the last ten yrs. has left such a bad taste and miserable service havent been this year, tks
Back in the Day
Back in the day Alexanders was an excellent choice. Today we found it way over priced, slow service, and rude servers. The view is beautiful, but there are other restaurants with such a view, and excellent service. Choose another top choice.
The Service Stinks
I love the view, but the people there act as if they are doing YOU a great favor by serving you......too bad, because the view is to die for!
