A perennial favorite in the annual readers' poll. The Italian-themed chain follows a successful formula: plenty of Italian-style food, greenery- laden surroundings and brisk and cheery service. Garlicky torpedo-shaped breadsticks and a "bottomless" salad bowl are key features. Homemade pasta and marinara sauce resurface throughout the menu. Scrumptious chocolate desserts.

This restaurant location should be closed. The environment is dirty. The managers are lazy, in fact the culinary manager sits AT THE BAR during business hours while guests wait too long for their food! Food has sloppy presentation, managers do not come and address guest about complaints. Employees are lazy, unprofessional, and do not keep uniforms clean. I would suggest going to another location
