Worst Service I've ever received and horrible food. Over garliced mashed potato and overcooked steak.

I was a visitor in Harrisburg back in April of 2005 and I want to say what a great place this is. I was very happy to have found this well hidden secret. People were super friendly and didn't seem to mind the stranger (me). Drink and service were wonderful and next time I will definitely be on the deck having one of their great steaks! Sure, you get drawn in by the large deck near the river, but once you sit down, better zone in on the river view, cause the service is the worst I've experienced in recent memory. This evening (09/26/04 -celebrating our anniversary) there were probably people at only five tables on the deck. There were two waitresses outside. There was absolutely NO ONE inside the restaurant. We waited about 10 minutes until a waitress approached our table. She confused the drink order and returned another five minutes later to straighten it out. Oh yeah, we still haven't got menus yet. Ten more minutes, we're still waiting for our drinks. We decided to go, as did the table of five next to us that arrived shortly after we did. And the river view, that's lousy too if you're average height cause the deck rail is too high and obscures the scene. Oh well, live and learn not to go here.
