The Half Door is a completely different place from the old Cool Moose bar it replaced. The Half Door is a cool Irish Bar with great seating. The change of ownership is immediately apparent as soon as you walk into the small bar, and it's safe to say the new owners have done a good job of providing comfort for their customers. The restrooms are much cleaner, for one thing. Live Irish music is a popular attraction on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with $2 Guinness drafts all day. The draft selection in general is dark, with domestic bottles available. Stop by for a beer if you're on your way to the Roo Bar or stay the night and relax with friends. -- Jason Goodhue

Of course I mean Guinness.
Right down the street the Wood-n-Tap has an excellent pint too!

beyond me how the advocate rated this place best sandwichs...my reuben was a mess..service was slow..id take a sandwich from reins deli anyday over this place
