Vibe isn't located in some soon-to-be-gentrified industrial corridor of Hartford -- it's a club that pounds in the heart of the city. Around the corner from a historic local graveyard and within a shout of the heavily frequented Atheneum Museum, Vibe offers a rare late-night experience in a city that's otherwise fast asleep. Owned by the people who brought Club Insomnia to Hartford, Vibe is the place to go for clubbing. Open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, Vibe gets shaking around 11pm and reaches fever pitch during the wee hours, staying open until 8AM. Taking center stage (or left of center) at this over-18 club is James Fusion, one of Hartford's most popular DJs. -- Christopher Percy Collier

This club was amazing! I met the best friends i could ever meet! I was a reg. every sat. 11pm to 8 am! It was shady at times because all the dealers would try to sell to everyone! and it was scary at times! But I had a blast and I am glad to be part of the awesome beats and VIBE!!! rip!
