BAR is one of my favorite places to go. there is always a good crowd- young, old and otherwise any night of the week. they even have late night slices. the pizza isn't the best in new haven but it is really good -- very thin crust-- if you want to go for the atmosphere. any of their own beers are good and they also have thursday night drink specials (like $1 domestic bottles til 11:30). i've been going at least once a weekend for almost two years and it never gets old!

My wife and I go there every so often and we love it. Normally get a pitcher of Toasted Blond along with the salad and white mash potato pizza. Just writing this is making my mouth salivate.

It's a great place to go! It is downtown, parking is a sinch across the street and the pizza is different and yummy. Try the clam and bacon.....but, have the house salad first. It is perfect. There is also lots going on.....young people, older people - people with kids, college kids - the crowd is great.

The pizza is actually pretty good for a bar. The service is a bit slow, due to it overcrowding. If the poster below thinks its so horrible why do they go there "all the time". Really the pizza is not that bad its actually pretty good.
