Carbone's Ristorante   

Having eaten there many times I find it to be the best in the area have been to the same type of Rest. in New York ,L.A. and would rate this as on par with any of them. Plus the attitude there is polite and down to earth very friendly. Also comparing Prices its reasonable considering the food value of very good places in Connecticut.

i think it is one of the best places to eat there is a great enviroment there is great people in there everyone seems to enjoy it

My wife and I had an awful dinner at Carbones on Valentines Day. The appetizer "Shrimp Romance" was undercooked meaning the shrimp was nearly raw. The overpriced salad $8.00 was comprised of a small amount of romaine lettuce topped with croutons. The steak was so tough that I had a problem cutting it never the less chewing it. I was going to complain but did'nt want to embarrass my wife who chose Carbones to dine at. Please think twice about eating at this high priced overrated run -of -the mill eating establishment. They should be ashamed of themselves. Dennis Johnson
