Mill On the River   

We have dined here several times and always enjoyed the food. In addition, they have a wine menu. The only "negative" that I can think of, is that it is quite dark inside...due to the "mill atmosphere"...but the service and the food is great.

On Friday March 2nd, I had lunch at the Mill on the River. My favorite - the Swiss Bratwurst Luncheon special was not presented the way it was listed on the menu. The menu said there would be Yukon Gold potato and carmelized onion along with the wurst and sourkraut. The potato was mashed with the red skins mixed in -not yukon gold. There were no carmelized onions and the delicious sauce that I had enjoyed many times before was actually pork gravy - I could tell as there was a piece of roast pork mixed in the sauce.. I will say the wurst was delicious but the disappointment was hard to get over.

Get real take some of the money you over charge for you food and clean the place up

The Mill on The River....THE best restaurant in town ! My husband is a chef and can be critical at times; we have been dining at The Mill twice a month for more than 7 years and have never been disappointed with a meal; we always enjoy whatever it is we order. Presentation is very impressive. If we have something to celebrate, we head to The Mill. The atmosphere is cozy, sometimes can get rather noisey, but we welcome it. Staff is always there when you need them from beginning to end.
