If you are in the high end
Neiman Marcus you must be getting lessons on customer service from Nordstroms---- It's gotten way better. The first time I went --- It was in jeans and a t-shirt.... No help!!! No response!!! No nothing---- Second time I used designer brand from a second hand store one of a kind look-- Salvation Army --- Hahhahahahha-- boy did I get great service-- Hmmmm whatssup with that??? Neiman Marcus, customer service is improving.
