NY style pizza

Its hard to perfect NY style pizza if you aren't in NY. New Yorkers will say its the water but I have to say this is pretty damn close to real NY pizza and a hell of a lot better then a chain.

This very small restaraunt on the side of the road makes some awesome pasta.
