You'll see the rainbow colored flags flying high from the second floor windows as you approach this rather plain hotel. This hotel is fast becoming THE new location for gay crowd to socialize. Anyone else will certainly feel quite uncomfortable since the clientele and the parties last well into the night. The facilities are plain, old and perfect for this party crowd to run unleashed. Rooms are dark, small and without dead bolt locks. The pool is very small and virtually unused. The staff is patient and sincere. The Jack In The Box restaurant is open 24 hours and quite busy once the bar crowds fall out onto the street shortly after 2 a.m. The parking is limited and unguarded. The hotel itself is however, close to the beach, and the bus. -- Lottie Tagupa
